Represents cash contributions to Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc. in support of the programs and services of Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities (TLCDD) for the Fiscal Year, ending June 30, 2006. Contributions may be pledged; divided payment dates can also be arranged.

In-Kind Sponsors
Amenities apply to direct in-kind contributions of goods and services to Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc. in support of the programs and services of Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities (TLCDD) for the Fiscal Year, ending June 30, 2006. Written fair market value of all donated goods and services must be corroborated in order to receive recognition as an In-Kind Event Sponsor.

Note: Recognition & amenities for in-kind contributions with fair market values that exceed $10,000 will be mutually determined by Tammy Lynn Center and the donating individual or organization.

TLCDD is owned by Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc., is independently and exclusively operated by TLC Operations, Inc., and both corporations are under the parent company Tammy Lynn Center, Inc. The parent and its supporting organizations are 501(c)(3) entities. Contributions are tax deductible.
