Please check your areas of preference. We will work hard to accommodate your preferences, but ask that you be open to volunteering wherever you are needed most. Tasks are subject to change as necessary.

*Task Choices:

Restaurants/Beverages - Guide restaurants and beverage vendors into correct loading bays, help them check-in, and guide them to the appropriate table location. Assist with electricity, linen, and tableware needs.
Event Entry and Auction Check-Out - Collect guest tickets and assist with wristbands. Assist with Will Call, Ticket Purchase, VIPs and Early Admission. Pass out event guides. Process auction purchases and take payments. (must be available for training on Saturday prior to event.)
Silent Auction - Monitor silent auction displays. Answer questions and provide guidance as necessary.
Raffle Table and Information Table - Help to sell Tammy Lynn Center or Bailey's Box raffle tickets at their respective booths. Share information about the Tammy Lynn Center.
Competition Assistance - Bring plated food from restaurants to the judges area. Track samples and judges' votes. Collect and tally the People's Choice Award votes.
