UPDATE--The volunteer shift on Saturday, March 7th is now full. Thank you to everyone who signed up! Please sign-up to volunteer at the event on Sunday, March 8th.

Volunteers will be assigned in one of the following areas:
  • Restaurants/Beverages - Guide restaurants and beverage vendors into correct loading bays, help them check-in, and guide them to the appropriate table location.  Assist with electricity, linen, and tableware needs.
  • Event Entry and Auction Check-Out - Collect guest tickets and assist with wristbands.  Assist with Will Call, Ticket Purchase, VIPs and Early Admission.  Pass out event guides.  Process auction purchases and take payments.
  • Silent Auction - Monitor silent auction displays.  Answer questions and provide guidance as necessary.
  • Raffle Table and Information Table - Help to sell Tammy Lynn Center or Bailey's Box raffle tickets at their respective booths. Share information about the Tammy Lynn Center.
  • Competition Assistance - Bring plated food from restaurants to the judges area.  Track samples and judges' votes.  Collect and tally the People's Choice Award votes.
